RivetCare provides healthcare staffing and recruitment services. We act as an intermediary between healthcare professionals and healthcare providers. We do not guarantee:

• The availability of specific job placements
• The suitability of any placement for your specific circumstances
• The terms and conditions of employment with any third-party employer
• Continuous employment or a minimum number of work hours

5. Professional Requirements

By registering with RivetCare, you represent and warrant that:

• You hold all necessary qualifications, licenses, and registrations required for your profession
• You have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• You have completed all necessary background checks, including DBS checks where required
• All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete
• You will maintain all necessary qualifications and registrations throughout your engagement with us

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon separately for each placement. RivetCare will process payments in accordance with the agreed terms. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate payment information
• Notifying us of any changes to your payment details
• Ensuring you have the necessary tax documentation
• Compliance with all applicable tax obligations

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RivetCare or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RivetCare's website, even if RivetCare or a RivetCare authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RivetCare, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the site or services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

RivetCare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
